Supra Boats (@SupraBoats) just received word that the new 345 Assault CAT engine, built exclusively for Supra by Indmar Marine Engines for extreme wake sports, has received a 2011 Innovation Award at IBEX.

Indmar Marine Engines was honored with innovative achievement for the new Supra 345 Assault CAT engine by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and Boating Writers International (BWI). The award ceremony took place at the 2011 International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition & Conference (IBEX) Innovation Awards in Louisville. Indmar received the 2011 IBEX Innovation Award during the annual IBEX Industry Breakfast at the Kentucky Exposition Center on October 17, 2011.

That makes it 6 years in a row for this luxury performance wakeboard boat brand. This latest award joins Skier’s Choice's recent WSIA Buzz Brand of the Year Award in a crowded trophy.
